Scholarship Description: The Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) is delighted to offer Marie Sklodowska- Curie actions – Individual Fellowships. Fellowships are available to applicants of all nationalities.

Scholarship Provider: The goal of the Individual Fellowships is to enhance the creative and innovative potential of experienced researchers, wishing to diversify their individual competence in terms of skill acquisition through advanced training, international and intersectoral mobility. ELIAMEP is an independent, non-profit and policy-oriented research and training institute. It neither expresses, nor represents, any specific political party view. It is only devoted to the right of free and well-documented discourse.

Degree Level: Fellowships are available to pursue research.

Study Subject: Fellowships are awarded in the area of social sciences and humanities.

Eligible Nationalities: Fellowships are available to applicants of all nationalities.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for this scholarship you must meet the following requirements:

Applicants can be of any nationality but they must not have spent more than 12 months in the last 3 years in Greece (mobility rule).

ELIAMEP welcomes project proposals from doctorate holders, interested in submitting a proposal in the area of social sciences and humanities. However, priority will be given to those projects that fit best with ELIAMEP’s existing research interests and orientations and gain the support of at least one ELIAMEP senior researcher.

Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

Application Procedure: Researchers who wish to cooperate with ELIAMEP for the submission of a proposal should check that they fulfill the respective eligibility criteria and then send an expression of interest, consisting of a short CV and a two-page summary presentation of their research proposal, to development-at-eliamep.gr . Expressions of interest may be submitted up to 30 June 2018.
