Scholarship Description: The Aston Business School is delighted to offer Full-Time MBA scholarships of £10,000 to the most talented Future Leader and Entrepreneur, rewarding their innovative thinking, leadership qualities and career journey to date.

Scholarship Provider: Aston University is a long established research-led University known for its world-class teaching quality and strong links to industry, government and commerce.

For applicants from non-English speaking countries, it is necessary to have taken either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL score of 101) or the British Council IELTS test- score of 6.5.

Degree Level: Scholarships are available to pursue Master degree programme.

Available Subject: Scholarships are awarded for Business Administration.

Scholarship Benefits: Aston Business School is offering three Full-Time MBA scholarships of £10,000 to the most talented Future Leader and Entrepreneur.

Number of Scholarships: Up to three scholarships are available.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants wishing to apply for one of the Aston full-time MBA scholarships must meet the following criteria:

• Full completion of an online application for the Aston full-time MBA.


• Be a self-funded candidate.

Application Procedure: Aston MBA 40th Anniversary Scholarship

To apply, please submit a written essay (max. 700 words) answering the following question:

• Over the 40 years of the Aston MBA, there have been major changes in business and the MBA programmes catering for the needs of business leaders. What major changes do you anticipate in developing business leadership over:


• a) the next 4 years


• b) the next 40 years

Future Leader Scholarship

To apply, please submit a written essay (max. 700 words) answering the following questions:

• What do you feel is the difference between management and leadership?


• Why do you consider yourself to be a leader attuned to the challenges businesses will face in the near future?

Entrepreneur Scholarship

To apply, please submit a written essay (max. 700 words) answering the following questions:

• What are the major challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs in the early part of the 21st Century?


• Why do you consider you have the qualities and knowledge to become a successful entrepreneur?
